Graphics on this site fall into one of four categories:

1. Personal art - all comics, photographs, and fan art on this site was created by me unless otherwise noted.
2. TV screenshots - every screenshot came from my equipment, but the content is owned by somebody else (such as, say, Hanna Barbera Studios).
3. Scanned items - this includes coloring book covers and press release kits, which I scanned but did not create.
4. Borrowed art - a handful of unaltered drawings are credited to other artists, including Dan Khanna's Sideswipe on the front page.

My policy on this is very simple. If you take my art without permission, I reserve the right to pursue legal action under the United States Copyright Act (Title 17, § 408). If you would like to use other works featured on this site, be a good netizen and give credit where it is due.
